As the world’s leading interoperable tactical communications platform for military, government, and industry, ICE channels work across any network and device—consumer radios, military radios, IP and cellular devices like smartphones and laptops, phone systems, and more. Users can push-to-talk, text, or call teammates on shared channels, anywhere in the world.

ICE comes with several cutting-edge features:

  • Dynamic Talk Group: a “super patch” that can connect channels, previously patched channels, people, or groups—all in seconds.
  • Translation: channels can be enabled for real-time translation, with support for 70+ languages.
  • Voice for ATAK: a plug-in for the Android Team Awareness Kit, adding talk channels to the popular situational awareness app.
  • Ops Log: automatically captures and organizes all communications — voice transmissions, texts, comments, and more – for every channel assigned to a mission or operation.

At Instant Connect, you’ll help shape solutions that enable military units, first responders, and industrial teams to act fast, stay coordinated, and succeed under pressure. By joining our innovative team, you’ll tackle real-world challenges with a purpose: to help tactical teams achieve their missions.
