The role of the Content Creator/Copywriter is to develop, write, and design day-to-day marketing materials and content under the direction of the Director of Marketing. The focus is on creating high-impact, compelling content to support brand and product messaging for a global audience.

We are looking for a storyteller who can collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to weave a compelling mosaic about our value propositions, competitive differentiation, and brand personality. This is a cross-functional communications role for an individual with skills in both copywriting and graphic design. You will be part of a high-visibility marketing team, collaborating directly with Senior Leadership, Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success colleagues.

You’ll contribute directly to the fast-track growth of a major enterprise software leader!


  • Serve as the creator/owner of the organization’s brand and product messaging, working closely with the Director of Marketing
  • Write, develop, and design marketing content for cross-platform B2B campaigns including but not limited to web sites, digital ads, PPTs, brochures, lead-gen email campaigns, videos, and other messaging vehicles
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize high-impact marketing materials that promote our solutions to targeted verticals and decision-makers
  • Execute creative requests within corporate brand standards that you help to design and formalize
  • Keep up with the latest trends for creative B2B content


  • Bachelor’s Degree required: A degree in Marketing, Design, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in B2B enterprise software
  • Proficiency in copywriting and creative messaging
  • Proficiency in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intuitive thirst to be innovative and transcend conventional boundaries
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment, with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and planning skills
  • Experience in mobile apps, communications tech, IoT, edge computing, and/or other leading-edge spaces is a plus
  • An understanding of user psychology as it relates to applications is a plus
  • Builds positive working relationships across team boundaries, with an infectious “can do” attitude, and a willingness to adapt based on feedback and an evolving understanding of the problem to be solved
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop relationships, and interact with all levels of management
  • Resourcefulness, efficient, problem-solver, and a strong sense of ownership
