Growth Marketing Strategist

The Growth Marketing Strategist is a cross-functional role responsible for the strategy and execution of digital marketing programs to generate sales opportunities, improve win ratios, and increase revenue.  You’ll be responsible for building and executing integrated B2B lead and revenue generation campaigns working with the Director of Marketing, Product, Sales, and Senior Leadership. You’ll also be contributing your creativity and business acumen to our product market fit, assisting Product and Sales with product feature/roadmap decisions, customer adoption programs, and overall customer experience.

You’ll contribute directly to the trajectory, product market fit, customer community, and fast-track growth of a major enterprise software leader!



  • Drive acquisition for Instant Connect’s industry-leading frontline communications software platform
  • Own the lead/revenue generation funnel – strategy, execution, performance, and metrics – from “contact” to “lead” to “win”
  • Uncover, identify, prioritize, and execute the latest (and coolest!) digital opportunities to help Instant Connect – a 2021 Gartner Cool Vendor – scale our growth
  • Develop insight-driven campaigns utilizing paid media, owned media and earned media – guerrilla marketing, content syndication, SEM/SEO, social media, webinars, and other digital campaigns
  • Analyze target audience and confirm optimum hooks, narratives, and offers
  • Own and manage campaign costs, budgets, schedules, and timelines


  • Assist Product, Marketing, and Sales with establishing product market fit via market research, persona development, customer research, and analytics (e.g. A/B tests)
  • Help drive higher customer usage and better product market fit via digital-based community and reputation management, partnerships, and other hard-to-scale growth techniques


  • Bachelor’s Degree required: A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in B2B enterprise software
  • Experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, social media, and other digital channels
  • Expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
  • Experience with marketing automation systems like Pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, etc.
  • Experience in mobile apps, communications tech, IoT, edge computing, and/or other leading-edge spaces is a plus
  • Analytical skills – leveraging data and behaviors to drive actionable insights & recommendations
  • Hands-on experience with execution of GTM and product launches
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritize workloads, rapidly moving between tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation and planning skills
  • An understanding of user psychology as it relates to applications is a plus
